We offer a manufacturer’s warranty for our products. For warranty claims, please contact us. Below you will find an overview of what is covered by the warranty.

  1. What is covered by the Rainwater warranty?

The Rainwater warranty covers the repair or replacement (at Rainwater’s discretion) of a Rainwater product if it breaks down due to faulty materials or workmanship during the warranty period.

If any of the product parts are out of stock (e.g., certain color options), Rainwater will replace the part with a new one in working condition. Your legal rights are not affected by this warranty.

  1. What is not covered by the Rainwater warranty?

Rainwater devices are designed and manufactured for continuous high performance in water purification for indoor use. If a Rainwater product malfunctions during the warranty period when used as intended, it is our responsibility to repair or replace the device.

However, there may be situations where the Rainwater warranty does not cover repairs or replacements. These include, but are not limited to, the following situations:

Normal wear and tear, including wear parts that may degrade over time (e.g., filters, buttons, sensors, batteries, plastic components, etc.). Accidental damage.

Failures caused by voltage sources that do not meet the values specified on the product label. Damage caused by not performing recommended device maintenance.

Clearing of blockages. In case your Rainwater device becomes blocked, please refer to the Rainwater User Guide for details on how to resolve the issue. If you are unsure, you can call our customer support hotline at 444 0 420 for assistance. A Rainwater expert will guide you on what to do.

Damage from external sources such as transport, leaks, power cuts, or sudden voltage surges. Malfunctions arising from:

    • Improper, careless, or unmaintained use of the device.
    • Not using the water purification devices according to the Rainwater User Guide.
    • Using the Rainwater device for purposes other than normal household use in the country of purchase.
    • Using parts that are not originally from Rainwater or not following Rainwater’s assembly instructions.
    • Faulty assembly or installation (except when performed by Rainwater).
    • Repairs or modifications carried out by individuals other than Rainwater or its authorized representatives.

  1. What are the warranty terms and conditions?

The warranty starts on the date of purchase (or, if later, the date of delivery). Before any work is performed under warranty, you must have your purchase or delivery documents available. Please note that any work performed without these documents will incur a charge. Always keep your purchase invoice or delivery form. All operations will be carried out by Rainwater or its authorized representatives.

Replaced parts will become the property of Rainwater.

The time spent repairing your device under warranty will be added to the warranty period. The maximum repair time is 20 working days. If the malfunction cannot be fixed within 10 working days, Rainwater is obliged to provide a similar product to the consumer. The warranty provides additional rights that do not affect your legal consumer rights.

  1. When does the warranty begin?

If a Rainwater branded device is sold abroad, the warranty will only be valid if the device is used in the country where it was sold. If you take the Rainwater branded device abroad, the warranty may become void. However, we will do our best to assist you in your new country of residence.

  1. Where is the Rainwater warranty valid?

The Rainwater warranty is only valid in the country where the device was sold. If you take the device abroad, the warranty may no longer be valid. However, we will assist you to the best of our ability in your new country of residence.

  1. Can the Rainwater product warranty be transferred?

Rainwater warranties can be transferred with the device. However, to transfer the warranty, the original purchase document obtained from an authorized seller must be submitted along with documents proving the device is in good and working condition during any ownership changes.
