Once we accept your order, we aim to deliver your product(s) within the time frame specified below.
For online purchases, you can request that your products be delivered to your preferred address.

Products may sometimes be delivered separately; however, in such cases, no additional delivery fee will be charged. If you order a product that is out of stock for more than a week, it will be shipped to you using your chosen delivery method once it becomes available again. You will be notified via email when your order has been shipped.
If we determine that the delivery address is unreliable (e.g., a public mailing address or a P.O. Box), we reserve the right to refuse delivery. If this affects your order, we will inform you as soon as possible.
If no one is available at the address when the courier arrives, a “Not at Home” card will be left with instructions for a second delivery attempt at no extra charge. However, additional fees may apply for a third delivery attempt.
As stated in the Distance Sales Agreement: “7.13 The maximum number of products that the Seller may sell under this Agreement is three (3). No institution, organization, or individual other than the Seller and its authorized resellers has the right to sell any of the Seller’s products. Products purchased from this website may not be resold to third parties in any way or offered for sale through any method. Purchased products cannot be used for promotional or other commercial purposes, including but not limited to competitions and sweepstakes. If the Buyer violates this provision, they agree, declare, and undertake to pay the Seller a penalty amounting to twice the value of the products purchased and resold to third parties. The payment of this penalty does not affect the Seller’s right to claim compensation for damages incurred due to the breach of the Agreement.”
Rainwater products, accessories, and spare parts:
- Orders received in our system are handed over to our partnered shipping company within 24 hours on weekdays and on the next business day for orders placed on Fridays and weekends.
- The estimated delivery time varies depending on the recipient’s location.
- Orders are delivered to addresses in city centers within 1-3 business days by our partnered shipping company. (Delivery times may vary for districts.)
- You can benefit from our free shipping campaign for all your orders.
- No deliveries are made on weekends or public holidays.

You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return your order.
